Using email to find out what they think.

After working with Sugar on the successful Whole Water launch, and the distribution of 30,000 free sample email coupons, parent company Fonterra wanted to find out what their new customers thought of their whole new product.

They also wanted some feedback on some new ideas they had for future Whole flavours.
