Fonterra launches Whole with email.

When Sugar launched Whole Water for Fonterra, eliterate came in to create the email component of the integrated multi-channel launch campaign.

A ground-breaking television commercial drove traffic to the Whole website, where visitors signed up for email vouchers.

The Whole Water website sign-ups auto-generated email vouchers, each delivered directly to Inboxes personalised with the redeemers name, automated voucher expiry dates  and unique user barcodes for post-campaign tracking.

The campaign exceeded expectations by reaching the 30,000 voucher target in less than three weeks. Over half the recipients opted in to the ongoing Whole Water email database.

We partnered with Sugar and TOUCH/CAST NEXT on this exciting project.
